 Room w/King Bed Many of our rooms offer beautiful views of Provincetown Harbor while
others overlook our inviting outdoor pool area or conservation land.
Waterfront
Our waterfront rooms face Cape Cod Bay and
overlook Provincetown Harbor (available April through November). Rooms offer a
choice of two double beds or a king and the following amenities: full private
bath, color television with HBO, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker air
conditioning, iron and ironing boards hair dryer, a telephone and message
service, data ports, and free parking.
Deluxe
Our Deluxe rooms offer two double beds with the
following amenities: full private bath, color television with HBO,
refrigerator, coffee maker, air conditioning, iron and ironing board, hair
dryer, a telephone and message service, data ports, and free parking.

Beds Standard
Standard Rooms offer two double beds, full
private bath, color television with HBO, refrigerator, air conditioning, a
telephone and message service, data ports, as well as free parking.

Once the reservation has been confirmed, there is a $50
cancellation fee if canceled. |
Inn Policies
- All reservations require the first night to be prepaid at time of
reservation (reservations of five (5) or more days require a deposit of 25%).
Credit card will be charged at time of reservation. We accept all major credit
cards. Personal checks for advance deposit only. Cash or check deposits must be
received before reservation can be confirmed. Reservations with declined credit
cards may be canceled and resold.
- Cancellations must be made seven (7) days prior to arrival date to
receive deposit refund.
- All rates subject to state and local taxes.
- Check in time is 2 p.m. Check out time is 11 a.m.
- Additional persons in room (except children under 18) are $15.00 per
person, per day. Maximum 4 persons per room.
- Rollaway beds (1 per room) are $10.00 per day.
- Small pets are permitted and there is an additional charge of $15/per
night. Pets may not be left unattended in room, and owners are responsible for
any damage and looking after their pet.
